initiatives.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign and implement scalable, secure, and flexible cloud architectures.\nTranslate business requirements into effective cloud solutions.\nLead the deployment of applications, data platforms, and AI workloads.\nDemonstrate strong knowledge of at least two technologies among AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks.\nArchitect enterprise-scale data ingestion using batch processing, CDC, and near-real-time streaming.\nDesign Lakehouse architectures using open table formats and layered storage.\nLead data transformation, orchestration, and pipeline development.\nOptimize storage, compute, performance, scalability, and cloud costs.\nImplement data governance, cataloguing, lineage, data quality, and observability.\nDevelop reusable code, accelerators, and solutions for faster implementation.\nArchitect and deploy production-grade Agentic AI and GenAI systems.\nWork with LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, and tool/function calling.\nDesign secure data and context layers for AI agents.\nImplement human-in-the-loop controls, checkpoints, and durable agent workflows.\nEnsure AI systems have proper monitoring, explainability, auditability, and evaluation.\nExperience deploying AI-generated code into production and maintaining it.\nPrepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and effort estimations for data and AI projects.\nLead Proof of Concepts (POCs), customer demonstrations, and technical discussions.\nParticipate in architecture and security reviews.\nCommunicate technical solutions effectively to clients and stakeholders.\nImplement cloud, data, and AI security best practices.\nEnsure data privacy, PII handling, masking, and governance.\nUnderstand BFSI compliance requirements, including RBI/IRDAI guidelines.\nOptimize data pipelines, query workloads, and AI inference infrastructure.\nTroubleshoot cloud, data engineering, and AI runtime issues.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.\nMinimum 8 years of experience in cloud architecture, cloud data engineering, and large-scale data platform design.\nHands-on exposure to AI/GenAI workloads.\nStrong understanding of major cloud platforms and their managed data and AI services.\nExperience with modern Lakehouse architectures and distributed processing.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\n\nRequired Technical Skills: \nCloud Platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nData Platforms: Snowflake, Databricks.\nProgramming: Strong SQL and Python.\nData Engineering: Apache Spark, CDC, batch processing, real-time streaming.\nData Architecture: Lakehouse, open table formats, data modeling, and data pipelines.\nAI/GenAI: LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Agent Orchestration, Document AI.\nInfrastructure: Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes.\nData Governance: Data quality, lineage, cataloging, PII handling, and data masking.\nDevOps: CI/CD and workflow orchestration.\n\nGood to Have: \nCloud architecture certifications from AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nBFSI domain experience, particularly banking, insurance, NBFCs, or financial services.\nExperience deploying data platforms or Agentic AI systems in regulated environments.\nKnowledge of vector databases, BI tools, semantic layers, and LLM
