The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical foundation, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and proven experience in driving large-scale programs using Agile methodologies. Candidates who have started their careers in hands-on technical roles such as Software Engineering, QA Engineering, or other technical functions will be preferred.\n\nResponsibilities: \nLead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic technology programs.\nDrive Agile program execution across multiple engineering teams.\nManage program timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.\nCollaborate with Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment planning.\nEstablish governance mechanisms and provide regular status updates to leadership teams.\nIdentify and proactively mitigate project risks and bottlenecks.\nEnsure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.\nDrive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and predictability.\nLead and mentor cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of accountability and ownership.\n\nThe core requirements for the job include the following:\n\nProgram and Delivery Management: \nStrong experience in Technical Program Management.\nProven expertise in Program Management and Delivery Management.\nExperience managing large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives.\nStrong project planning, execution, and governance skills.\n\nAgile Expertise: \nHands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.\nStrong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and best practices.\nExperience working in fast-paced Agile environments.\n\nStakeholder Management: \nExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively with senior leadership, business teams, and engineering organisations.\nExperience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.\n\nLeadership and Team Management: \nExperience leading and managing cross-functional teams.\nStrong people management and team coordination skills.\nAbility to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams.\n\nTechnical Expertise: \nStrong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nSolid knowledge of Microservices Architecture and Distributed Systems.\nAbility to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams and architects.\nAn understanding of cloud-native application architectures is preferred.\n\nPreferred Background: \nCandidates should have started their careers in one or more of the following roles: Software Engineer, Technical Engineer, Application Developer, Product Development Engineer.\nA strong technical background is highly preferred before transitioning into Program Management.\n\nGood to Have: \nExperience working on AI-driven products and platforms.\nExposure to Generative AI initiatives.\nHands-on understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).\nExperience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.\nKnowledge of AI/ML product development lifecycle.\nPMP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or similar certifications.\nStrong ownership mindset.\nExcellent communication and leadership skills.\nAbility to manage ambiguity and complex program dependencies.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nPassion for driving execution excellence and business
