You will work closely with HR, Talent Management, & Recruiting stakeholders to understand HR processes and ensure the effective use of Workday to meet the organization’s needs.Key Responsibilities:\nParticipating in the Workday HCM Implementation, Configuration and continued support: Participate in the configuration and continued maintenance of the Workday Recruiting & HCM modules (Core HR) according to business requirements. \nSupport ongoing system enhancements, patches, and updates in Workday Recruiting & HCM. \nManage and maintain Workday modules (Recruiting, HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management and Performance).\nServe as SME for Workday Recruiting, supporting HR, Talent Management teams, and business leaders with functional expertise and system best practice.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues within the Workday system, ensuring minimal disruption to HR processes.\n\nProcess Improvement: Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes and optimize the use of Workday Recruiting. \nProvide recommendations for best practices and solutions based on business needs.\nConfigure and optimize Workday Recruiting & HCM modules including Hiring Business Processes, Candidate Reviews, and Security Modeling to align with business requirements.\n\nTesting & Quality Assurance: Lead system testing for new configurations, features, and updates to ensure the system is functioning as expected. \nPerform end-user testing and validate system processes after updates or changes. \n\nUser Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and provide training sessions to HR staff and other end users. \nCreate and maintain detailed documentation of Workday configurations, processes, and procedures. \n\nCollaboration with IT & External Vendors: Work with IT and other stakeholders to ensure proper system integration with other HR and business systems. \nCollaborated with cross-functional teams across Recruiting, global compensation, Core HCM, and Security to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration.\nLiaise with Workday support teams or external vendors to resolve technical issues or implement new features. \n\nData Management & Reporting: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics in Workday to provide HR and business leaders with relevant insights. \nEnsure data integrity within the Workday Recruiting & HCM systems and perform regular audits.\nEnsure that all quality requirements described in the QMS manuals are followed and any changes, as necessary, are reported through the change management procedure for continual improvement.\n\nBasic Requirements:\nMaster’s degree in human resources, Business, IT, or a related field preferred.\n3-5 years of experience working with Workday HCM modules, particularly in Recruiting, Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll. \nHands-on experience with Workday configuration, security, and reporting. \nExperience with Workday upgrades and patch management is a plus.\nStrong knowledge of HR business processes and best practices. \nExperience with Workday Recruiting & HCM configuration tools and security settings. \nProficiency in Workday reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Workday Report Writer, Prism Analytics). \nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. \nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams. \nWorkday HCM certification (e.g., Core HCM) is preferred. \nExperience with Workday integrations or third-party HR systems. \nKnowledge of HR compliance and regulations. \nLummus Technology is the global leader in developing technology solutions that make modern life possible and focus on a more sustainable, low carbon future.
