We move quickly, collaborate across teams, and believe the best ideas come from people who are curious, solutions-oriented, and ready to build what's next.\nWhat You'll Do:\nNetwork and Related Architecture Administration and Support\nSecurely maintain and support the internal and external corporate network infrastructure including all routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, and virtual networking equipment.\nFurther assist with network system administration including DNS, DHCP, and other IPAM functionality.\nProvide technical leadership across the company for network infrastructure.\nSecure Cloud Communication Administration\nCreate, maintain, and support secure communication between corporate networks and remote networks, include business to business VPN, remote access VPN, and cloud systems connectivity, with special emphasis on Salesforce and AWS environments.\nNetwork Systems Administration & Monitoring\nAdminister and support the various systems in use by the information technology team, including virtual environments, identity and access management, and Windows and Linux systems.\nImplement and support monitoring of systems, both on-premises and in the cloud, using Splunk or similar systems.\nDevelop and enhance monitoring configurations to ensure visibility.\nTickets & Escalations, Incident Response & Investigation\nEvaluate escalation requests from front line support teams and provide approvals or alternative guidance as required.\nInvestigate reported incidents, creating thorough documentation of all activity and findings.\nAnalyze complex issues and provide custom solutions to further business and customer needs involving networking, virtual private network (VPN) services, firewall requests, and other networking services.\nVulnerability, Network, Firewall, and Identity Management\nParticipate in and advise on routine vulnerability scans and penetration tests.\nAnalyze vulnerability results and manage the remediation process.\nEstablish vulnerability performance indicators and develop reports.\nCollaborate with other infrastructure team members with identity management and multi-factor authentication.\nNetwork and Security Design Development\nParticipates in network and security design, configuration, and testing activities for both corporate and customer facing network infrastructure.\nInvestigates, tests, recommends, and implements.\nRelated duties as assigned.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience (M.S. preferred).\n5+ years of experience in a network infrastructure administration role.
