Game Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design, balance, and analyse new and existing game features.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Artists, and Engineers to build engaging gaming experiences.
• Own and communicate the vision for major game design initiatives.
• Create and maintain clear game design documentation.
• Build and improve tools to make the game design and development process more efficient.
• Organise and conduct playtests to validate new features and prototypes.
• Communicate game designs and concepts effectively to key stakeholders.
• Mentor, recruit, and train designers supporting your initiatives.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Game Design, with 2+ shipped mobile game titles.
• Strong understanding of casual games and mobile gaming.
• Hands-on experience with game systems design, progression, and balancing for casual games.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for video games, especially mobile games.
• Understanding of the complete game production lifecycle.
• Strong storytelling and narrative development skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
