Making money simpler, smarter, and more rewarding for millions of people across the Nordics.\nFully licensed and founded in 2015, with offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Stockholm.\nWe move fast, we build with purpose, and we're just getting started.\nAs our new (Senior) Backend Engineer you'll join a team based in Copenhagen, reporting to Eugene, working to automate manual and repetitive tasks in Financial Crime Control at scale, across our broader Technology function.\nWhat will you do?\nDesign and deliver complex distributed systems that improve Financial Crime Control efficiency, anticipating technical risks and dependencies before they become blockers.\n\nGuide teams in the responsible and effective use of AI tooling as it becomes a bigger part of our stack.\n\nLead technical discussions on system design and implementation, and mentor other engineers - a bigger part of the role as you grow into its senior scope.\n\nPartner with teams across the organization to help them build and integrate new solutions, working across domains to solve data aggregation and integration challenges, and drive projects with minimal support.\n\nWork with a high degree of autonomy in an agile environment, and evaluate team processes to identify and implement high-impact improvements.\n\nWhat are we looking for in you?\nMinimum of 3 years of backend experience, with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex systems at scale.\n\nExpertise in event-driven architecture and distributed systems, balancing trade-offs to ensure system reliability and performance.\n\nExperience with cloud technologies.\n\nExperience with Go is a significant advantage.\n\nA strong interest in AI and familiarity with solutions like OpenAI.\n\nExcellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and domains.\n\nWhat you get.\n4 days in the office.
