This internship offers a truly end-to-end experience that promotes collaboration at every stage of autonomous robotic development.\nWorking Conditions / Schedule: This position is required to be onsite Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Where applicable, employees may work remotely on Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required based on business needs.\nQualifications:\nPursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field\nExperience in embedded development\nProficient in embedded C\nExperience using version control tools such as Git\nExperience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work methodically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nCan effectively demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills, while also excelling in collaboration and teamwork in an interdisciplinary environment\nExhibits strong organizational and time management skills under pressure and in stressful situations\nFueled by a passion for space exploration and the boundless possibilities beyond our world\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience with real-time operating system (RTOS)\nExperience working in a startup and/or aerospace environment\nExperience with C++ and Python\nAbility to test and analyze the performance of robotic platforms utilizing simulations and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL)\nKnowledge of robotic systems, including perception, integration of various sensors, motors, and control systems\nExperience with board bringup and peripherals such as GPIOs, SPI, ADC, UARTS, and I2C\nExperience with NASA core flight software\nExperience with Bitbucket\nExperience working with FPGAs\nEarly-June (June 7, 2027) to late August (August 20, 2027). Start and end dates are flexible with the intern's school schedule.
