Join us on our journey of growth!\nThe Sr Manager of Advanced Analytics will have primary responsibility for personal and non-personal promotion response analytics, and brand deep dives across Lundbeck’s portfolio of products. This individual will leverage secondary analytics, statistical modelling and machine learning techniques to evaluate and understand the brand performance.\nEssential Functions:\nLeverage rigorous statistical modelling techniques to evaluate various marketing promotions and sales force analytics, targeting and customer segmentation to answer key business questions.\nLeverage machine learning and AI to build predictive algorithms to evaluate and predict various marketing promotions and sales force analytics efficiently and accurately.\nSynthesize data insights and statistical results into actionable insights and visualize the findings to enable compelling storytelling on brand performance.\nEvaluate synergistic impact between marketing promotional channels and optimize the brand investments.\nProvide data and analytics inputs including modeling data preparation, exploratory data analysis and meta data analysis to internal analytics leads and business partners to enable timely delivery of insights for QBR and tactical planning sessions\nCoordinate and manage daily activities of vendor support or technical staff effectively by interpreting customer/business needs and translating to technical requirements for the team. Provides direct guidance when technical issues arise.\nSupport business needs in a timely and efficient manner demonstrating a sense of urgency, tenacity, and commitment to quality and excellence.\nWork with cross functional partners on targeting, segmentation, sales force alignment and call planning as needed. \nRequired Education, Experience, and Skills:\nAccredited Bachelor's degree.\n6+ years of analytics experience.\nPrevious experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Consulting industries.\nExperience in running rigorous statistical and Machine Learning models on pharmaceutical data.\nStrong experience in digital media data and analysis.\nHigh proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, R, Python, or SQL.\nHigh proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Access/PowerPoint).\nStrong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable insights\nAbility to develop analytical plans to inform brand level decision-making\nDemonstrated excellent analytical skills and business acumen.\nSelf-learner, strong critical thinker and problem-solving capability.\nAbility to work independently and complete deadline without direct authority and navigate in ambiguous environment and agility to adapt changing priorities of the organization.\nPreferred Education, Experience, and Skills:\nAccredited Bachelor's degree in quantitative field or Master’s Degree in quantitative field.\nKnowledge of pharmaceutical data (e.g., retail/ non-retail, distribution, specialty pharmacy, payer, promotional & marketing data, longitudinal patient-level data) both for traditional pharmacy products as well as medical products.\nExperience with payer mix (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid) analysis, formulary analysis and strategy development \nExperience with ML/AI coding and implementation\nExperience with google 360 or equivalent media data.\nExperience with visualization in Tableau or Power BI.\nExperience with pharmaceutical launches and commercialization of pharmaceutical products\nStrong preference for candidate to be based in Boston, MA area\nTravel\nWillingness/Ability to travel up to 20% domestically. International travel may be required.\nIf based remotely, additional travel will be required to Boston, MA, to meet the needs of the role and the business\nThe range displayed is a national range, and if selected for this role, may vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s geographical location, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Salary Pay Range: $170,000 - $195,000 and eligibility for a 15% bonus target based on company and individual performance, and eligibility to participate in the company’s long-term incentive plan.
