For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 6:00am-4:00pm. \nPRODUCTION SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES \nOur Production Supervisors are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:\nLead, mentor, and coach staff to achieve location and personal goals\nHire, train, and develop employees, including performance evaluations and supervision\nPlan, implement, and manage labor and production schedules\nTrain staff on equipment assembly, disassembly, and operation\nOversee timely changeovers to comply with regulatory guidelines\nEnsure compliance with USDA, FDA, OSHA, AIB, SQF, and other regulatory agencies\nMaintain HACCP compliance, including housekeeping and record-keeping\nMonitor and document shrink while ensuring temporary staff follow GMP standards\nOUR IDEAL PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR\nTeam player - steps in to assist when and where as needed\nRespectful - empathetic and appreciative of our customers and team\nInnovative - implements trending and forward-thinking retail solutions\nHospitable - provides a friendly face and welcoming environment\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nEducation\nRequired: High School diploma or equivalent\nDesired: Associate's or bachelor's degree in management general business or logistics\nLicensing\nForklift certification or ability to obtain certification\nFood Safety certification\nExperience\nTwo to four years supervisory experience of 15 or more employees;
