For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 3:00pm-12:00am Sunday through Thursdays with Friday & Saturdays off.\nSANITATION SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES \nOur Sanitation Supervisors are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:\nCoach, mentor, and lead staff to achieve location and personal goals\nAssist with hiring, training, performance evaluations, and overall staff development\nEnsure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) as it relates to sanitation, and HACCP guidelines\nExecute and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules\nConduct audits and inspections, addressing deficiencies as needed\nMaintain sanitation documentation and record-keeping practices\nTrain and develop employees in sanitation procedures, chemical safety, and department safety\nOversee compliance with pre-operational inspections and sanitation protocols\nOUR IDEAL SANITATION SUPERVISOR\nTeam player -
