the right moment and we're looking for exceptional people to help us fly it.\nIn this role, you will:\nOwn product areas end-to-end, from zero-to-one discovery through to shipping, measuring, and iterating in production\n\nDefine and drive the roadmap for your domain, making hard prioritisation calls that balance customer pain, AI capability, and commercial impact\n\nWork at the intersection of AI and B2B SaaS. defining how LLM-powered features get embedded into clinical and operational workflows that vets actually use\n\nRun tight discovery loops with customers; getting into practices, watching how vets work, and translating messy real-world problems into sharp product decisions\n\nCollaborate daily with Engineering and Design to ship fast, without sacrificing quality or coherence\n\nAlign with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure what you build lands well and drives measurable outcomes\n\nDefine success metrics for every initiative and hold yourself accountable to them\n\nContribute to how the product team operates, our processes are still forming and you’ll help shape them\n\nYour background looks something like:\nSolid background as a PM at a SaaS company, ideally one that was building 0-1 products in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment\n\nExperience shipping AI-powered features, you understand what LLMs can and can’t do, and you know how to design around their limitations\n\nA track record of owning a roadmap and making difficult trade-offs under real constraints, not just managing a backlog\n\nStrong technical fluency, you don’t need to write the code, but you can engage meaningfully in architectural conversations\n\nExperience in health-tech, vertical SaaS, or a regulated industry (nice to have)\n\nBackground at a FAANG company or high-growth VC-backed startup (nice to have)\n\nAs a person, you:\nGet energised by building from scratch, blank-page problems don’t intimidate you, they motivate you\n\nAre relentlessly driven by outcomes, not output, shipping a feature means nothing if it doesn’t move the metric\n\nMove fast and make decisions with incomplete information, then course-correct quickly
