The Director will handle all matters relating to routine submissions to tax authorities and compliance with documentation requirements of international taxes emanating from the US, and will advise on the structuring of investments, acquisitions, licenses, corporate entities, etc. to ensure optimal tax treatment. The Director will work closely with Global Tax counterparts in the development and execution of global tax planning initiatives and will ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations. The Director will maintain effective working relationships with senior management across the global organization.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nEnsuring compliance with domestic tax laws including review of tax assessments, conduct of mock audits and handling tax reviews by tax authorities\nPreparation and submission of all routine and non-routine tax returns and other filings as required by domestic and international tax regulations\nStructuring of investments, acquisitions, licensing transactions to optimize tax position\nMaintenance of transfer pricing policies of products and services across geographies\nTax planning for expatriates employed by non-US-based operating companies\nContribute to planning and execution of global tax initiatives\nGenerate ad hoc reports and analytics as needed\nOther projects, tasks and assignments as directed\nQualification and Experience\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA; Masters degree in taxation preferred\n10+ years of large corporate tax experience through industry or Big-4 firms\nThorough knowledge of US tax laws, including international tax issues impacting the US such as transfer pricing and tax treaties\nDetail-oriented;
