This role will partner closely with business leaders to analyze operating expenses, research and development investments, and capital expenditures while providing actionable insights to drive financial performance and support business objectives.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nPartner with functional leaders to develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and MTP, providing analysis of key risks, opportunities, and business drivers for various operating expenses.\nSupport financial planning and reporting for R&D programs and activities.\nMonitor project-level spending against approved budgets and forecasts.\nManage capital expenditure budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.\nPartner with business owners and project teams to evaluate capital investment requests and develop supporting business cases.\nAnalyze data for budget versus actual spend for all vendor spend and share with relevant stakeholders.\nLead monthly close and management reporting activities, including variance analysis, accrual support, forecast updates, and preparation of accurate, timely, and decision-relevant executive summaries.\nIdentify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, and forecasting accuracy.\nSupport financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for manufacturing, supply chain, and operational functions as business needs evolve.\nPerform and hoc financial analyses and special projects as assigned.\nQualification and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.\n3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Accounting, or related analytical role, including budgeting, forecasting, business performance tracking, trend analysis and management reporting.\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional business partners.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including lookups, SUMIFS, pivot tables, scenario modeling, and large-data analysis;
