You are experienced in coordinating and overseeing project schedules and enjoy collaborating and building consensus in a team. \nReporting to the Creative Operations Manager, the Creative Production Project Manager undertakes the following RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPartner with the Creative Operations Manager to oversee the execution of creative production, including but not limited to: new product launches, digital and retail initiatives, product photography, and translation. \nSupport in balancing team expectations, business needs, and resources to ensure correct prioritization of cross-functional demands in the Brand Department\nManage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish, ensuring successful project completion against deadlines\nCreate and maintain project timelines, track progress, and ensure that deadlinesare met\n\nUtilize project management software for scheduling, and keep project documentation consistently up-to-date\nMonitor projects and workloads, working with teams and individual staff to adjust assignments and deadlines accordingly\nManage and execute requests from across the business, and collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues across the organization to drive work forward\nPartner with other business units to ensure smooth, efficient and effective roll-outs of all projects\nEngage relevant stakeholders of all levels at the right time to ensure successful, on-time execution\nManage and execute requests from across the business\nBrief teams, provide scope of work, project plans, and resource allocation (internal and external)\nFacilitate project meetings with cross-functional project teams for status updates and troubleshooting \nEffectively manage problems and issues around changing project scope and/or changes in business requirements and raise to management team in a timely manner to ensure the project stays on track\nEstablish and support buyer and printer relationships and manage external vendors, including invoicing and budget tracking\nCoordinate digital lightbox content for all retail shop locations to ensure the correct priority of messaging\nCollaborate with retail support and vendors on digital lightbox support\nSupport with proofing and quality assurance of all creative assets\nAssist in the development and improvement of internal operating procedures to create efficiencies\nPrepare and consistently update project documentation\nCoordinate with Global leadership, Retail, Brand, Artwork, Store And Space Planning, and Creative teams to ensure seamless communication and information flows\nYou bring the following QUALIFICATIONS:\nRequired:\n3 - 5 years proven project management experience\n3 - 5 years professional experience in a creative, marketing or creative production environment, ideally managing projects end to end\nExceptional planning, time management, communication and organizational skills\nA track record of delivering multiple concurrent projects on time and on budget \nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and business departments\nSolid work ethic and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment\nWorking knowledge of Adobe CS, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat\nHands on experience with a project management tool (Asana, Wrike, Monday.com, Smartsheet) \nAbility to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment while remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficient\nStrong attention to detail and a calm approach to tight deadlines \nPreferred:\nPMP, Agile, or similar certification, or equivalent experience \nIn-house, agency or creative services experience \nA post-secondary education in project management, marketing, communications or a related field \nPrint production or signage and packaging experience\nExperience with retail or integrated marketing campaigns \nCosmetics, beauty, or consumer goods background \nThriving with a diverse company culture, celebrating the uniqueness of our staff and committed to inclusion.
