Bringing your knowledge and experience in machine operation, you will be trained on the equipment and tools. As a Fabrication Technician, you bring Lush’s Leadership Practices into all elements of your business: Be Real, Be Curious, Lead Fearlessly, Adapt and Evolve, Grow Talent, and Live with Purpose.\nWhat You Do (Responsibilities):\nOperations\nSet up vacuum formers, clickpress, and related fabrication machines & equipment\nOperate vacuum forming machine(s) to fabricate high-quality moulds with RPET, BHIPS, and other industry-standard materials\nOperate click press machine(s) and other cutting tools, including but not limited to paper cutters and scissors, to trim fabricated moulds to the desired specifications\nAssemble, prepare, organize, and package finished moulds and other fabricated products for dispatching and/ or storing purposes\nDispatch pallets of mould orders utilizing pallet trucks, forklifts, and similar equipment\nShip via carrier terminals when required\nCut plywood and other forms of wood to produce the materials necessary for tooling fabrication\nMix and pour hardening and curing agents such as, but not limited to, concrete and epoxy resin to form mould casts\nUtilize power tools to shape and refine mould casts\nPerform and document routine cleaning, maintenance, and repairs on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime\nReport equipment malfunctions or issues to leadership and collaborate on resolution\nDocument production data, complete checklists, and submit reports to the RMT when needed\nSupport 3D printing operations by queuing, dismounting, removing structures, cleaning, and swapping materials/ equipment on the 3D printers\nCollaboration \nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements\nCollaborate with the Moulds leadership, team members, and support groups to align production goals with overall departmental objectives and to resolve production challenges\nContribute to a positive team environment focused on learning, safety, quality, and shared success\nSupports new or returning staff as required with onboarding, demonstrations of daily duties and responsibilities, while ensuring safety and SOP guidelines are being followed\nSafety\nFollow health and safety protocols, including the use of PPE and proper handling of materials and tools\nMaintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace\nDocument and report unsafe conditions or incidents to the appropriate personnel\nQuality\nFollow company standards and guidelines procedures during all phases of production\nConduct quality checks at various stages of production to ensure compliance with product specifications\nDocument and report quality concerns to the appropriate personnel\nWho You Are (Qualifications):\nRequired:\nCurrent Lush employee\nHas held current role for a minimum of 1 year\nBasic technical skills related to equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors or defects\nBasic computer literacy for equipment controls and production reporting\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials up to 50 lbs for extended periods\nComfortable working in a fast -paced, high-production environment\nAble to work with moderate noise levels and manufacturing equipment\nPreferred:\nExperience working in a manufacturing, fabrication, or production environment\nFamiliar with 3D printing, vacuum forming, or other mould fabrication technologies\nFamiliar with Lock Out / Tag out practices\nTechnical aptitude/familiarity with machine processes\nRelevant work experience such as in a trade or as a machine operator\nPrevious experience as a Machine Operator\nTechnical qualification/certification\nComputer proficiency, and familiarity with PLC controls\nPosting closes Monday, October 26, 2025 at 12:00 pm EST\nNeed help?
