You’ll set the cadence and quality standards that keep large, multi-stakeholder programs on track, translate client priorities into structured delivery plans, escalate risk early, and build the playbooks that let our delivery teams scale.\nThis post is for future roles and not for a specific opportunity that is available right now. While we are currently targeting the greater San Francisco Bay area, we welcome and will consider qualified candidates from anywhere in the continental United States. These positions require up to 50% travel.\nResponsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:\nNote: We are seeking candidates of various skill levels, and the following responsibilities represent the core of these roles. Scope and complexity increase with experience level.\nEstablish and maintain delivery cadence across client engagements, including roadmap planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and executive-level status reporting.\nTranslate client goals and business-process requirements into delivery plans that technical teams can execute and owner stakeholders can track.\nImplement Agile, hybrid, or fit-for-purpose governance models for PMIS, program controls, data, reporting, and change-management initiatives on capital programs.\nDevelop delivery playbooks, templates, and acceptance criteria that improve consistency and shorten onboarding for new team members.\nCoordinate advisory, PMIS architecture, data/analytics, and systems integration teams to keep multi-workstream engagements moving with clear accountability.\nMonitor risk, schedule, and budget indicators across active engagements and escalate issues before they affect scope, quality, or client confidence.\nLead onboarding and knowledge transfer for incoming delivery staff, building methods that scale as the practice grows.\nContribute delivery approach, governance structure, and staffing plans to proposal and pursuit development.\nDevelop white papers and project profiles that document Digital Transformation’s impact on client programs, supporting business development and marketing efforts.\nAttributes\nMindset that builds client capability, transparency, and confidence in program data rather than creating dependency on any single vendor or platform.\nTool-agnostic judgment, able to work across systems, workflows, and analytics platforms without defaulting to one software answer.\nExecutive communication that lands with agency leaders, program executives, primes, and internal leadership alike.\nComfortable creating structure, playbooks, and repeatable methods as the practice matures.\nCommercial awareness of how delivery quality, team utilization, and consistent execution protect client trust and the practice’s ability to take on more work.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n10+ years of experience in program delivery, project controls, PMIS/digital transformation, or Agile/hybrid delivery governance on mega capital infrastructure construction programs across aviation, ports, rail/transit, transportation, utilities, energy, water, or public works.\nExperience leading cross-functional delivery teams spanning advisory, technical, and client-facing roles, including mentoring and onboarding junior staff.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in construction management, engineering management, business administration, or public administration.\nPMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, Lean/Six Sigma, or Prosci certification.\nExperience supporting capital infrastructure programs valued at $500M+, including exposure to program controls, PMIS platforms, and alternative delivery methods such as design-build, CM/GC, or progressive design-build.\nExperience in owner’s representative, program management, or construction management roles on capital infrastructure programs.\nWorking knowledge of public agency procurement, governance, and stakeholder requirements typical of publicly funded infrastructure programs.\nExperience building or maturing a Center of Excellence, including delivery standards, lessons-learned processes, and repeatable methods for a growing practice.\nExperience with PMIS, ERP, data/reporting, workflow, or project controls platforms in a capital program environment.\nExperience with GIS, BIM, or digital-twin platforms supporting infrastructure program delivery.\nExperience with Power BI or equivalent data visualization and executive-reporting tools.\nCompensation Details\nExpected Salary: $180k-$220k/year ($87-$106/hour).
