Oltre al consolidato focus sui moduli ITSM e SPM (PPM, Demand e Resource Management), sarai responsabile dell'implementazione di soluzioni in ambito IRM/GRC (Risk, Compliance, Audit) e HR Service Delivery, garantendo l’integrazione dei processi aziendali su un'unica piattaforma.\nTradurre i requisiti complessi dei Clienti in architetture tecniche solide, assicurando l'aderenza rigorosa alle Best Practices di ServiceNow. La tua sfida sarà bilanciare le esigenze specifiche dei dipartimenti IT, Risk e HR, garantendo soluzioni robuste, scalabili ed efficienti.\nContribuire attivamente a tutte le fasi del progetto: dal design funzionale alla configurazione tecnica. Avrai un ruolo chiave nel definire come i processi di Governance & Risk e la gestione del Capitale Umano possano convergere con la gestione del portafoglio progetti (SPM), assicurando la massima qualità e l'allineamento con gli obiettivi strategici del business.\nSupportare le attività di testing e di change management, identificando criticità tecniche e funzionali. Ti occuperai di fornire formazione specialistica agli utenti (IT Manager, Risk Officer, HR Specialist), facilitando l'adozione delle nuove funzionalità e massimizzando il valore estratto dalla piattaforma.\nCollaborare con stakeholder e team interni per tradurre le esigenze di business in requisiti tecnici.
