Your job is to solve them-and build solutions that others can understand, support, and improve.\nWhat you'll work with\nOur technology environment spans a growing Microsoft and retail technology ecosystem, including:\nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central\nMicrosoft Fabric and Azure\nPower BI\nMicrosoft 365, Copilot, and Copilot Studio\nBridalLive retail ERP / CRM / POS\nShopify\nREST APIs and third-party integrations\nCustom internal applications\nAI models, agents, and automation\nRetail, financial, inventory, product, and customer data\nWe don't expect you to arrive as an expert in every platform. We do expect you to be technically strong enough to learn unfamiliar systems quickly, apply sound engineering principles, and develop effective solutions.\nWhat you'll build\nProjects could include:\nInternal applications for showroom, regional, and corporate teams\nAI-powered operational tools and agents\nManagement and executive dashboards\nWorkflow and approval systems\nCustomer and employee applications\nProduct-development tools\nIntegrations between ERP, retail, web, data, and AI systems\nData products built on Fabric and Azure\nRapid prototypes for new ideas\nSome projects will become permanent enterprise applications.
