We’re looking for someone who embodies the Luv Bridal brand and is excited to support our stylists and brides in a role that blends strategy, service, and leadership.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs an Operations Manager, you’ll ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our showroom while directly supporting our team and brides through both operational leadership and in-appointment styling. Key responsibilities include:\nOperational Excellence\nOversee day-to-day showroom operations including inventory management, stockroom organization, and shipment processing\nEnsure all merchandise is properly steamed, tagged, and displayed to brand standards\nManage vendor orders, product receiving, returns, and inventory accuracy\nMaintain software and client database integrity, ensuring timely and accurate data input\nUphold cleanliness, organization, and functionality of all showroom spaces\nSales & Client Experience\nTake an average of 10 bridal appointments per week, guiding brides through a joyful and intentional gown selection process\nMaintain a personal closing ratio of 50% or higher, while supporting the team in achieving showroom-wide goals\nHelp plan and participate in showroom events and off-site bridal shows\nDeliver exceptional, emotionally attuned service that reflects our brand values\nSupport with follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and client communications\nTeam Leadership\nPartner with the Showroom Manager to support and develop team performance\nLead by example in both appointments and day-to-day responsibilities\nAssist in training new stylists on operational procedures and customer service best practices\nProvide feedback, mentorship, and hands-on support to ensure team success\nHelp foster a culture of accountability, enthusiasm, and continuous improvement\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2-5 years of experience in retail operations (bridal or luxury service preferred)\nExperience leading, training, or mentoring team members in a retail setting\nExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills\nStrong communication and interpersonal abilities\nHigh emotional intelligence and ability to navigate sensitive, high-emotion scenarios\nPassion for bridal, fashion, and delivering exceptional customer service\nWillingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute wherever needed\nPhysical ability to stand, kneel, steam gowns, and lift up to 25 lbs\n*Please note: this position requires weekend availability.\nReady to Join the Luv Team?\nSubmit your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience, leadership style, and why you believe you’d be a great fit for our team.\nAbout Us\nLuv Bridal was founded with a mission to redefine the bridal shopping experience.
