We’re:\nAn experienced team used to shipping fast - with alumni and tech leads from Meta, LinkedIn, and Rippling.\n\nBacked by a16z through Speedrun.\n\nWorking with multiple paid pilots, and moving quickly from customer conversations to production software.\n\nThe Role\nWe’re looking for a founding engineer to help build our product, technical foundation, and engineering culture.\nYou’ll work directly with the founders and customers to turn ambiguous, high-value problems into production software. You’ll have broad ownership over what we build, how we build it, and how quickly it reaches customers.\nYou’ll:\nBuild and own major product surfaces from first principles.\n\nDevelop AI systems for complex, high-stakes workflows.\n\nDesign reliable infrastructure and external integrations.\n\nWork directly with customers to understand their operations and iterate quickly.\n\nHelp establish our technical standards and engineering culture.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nYou:\nCare deeply about solving customer problems.\n\nMove quickly without compromising engineering judgment.\n\nAre comfortable working across the stack.\n\nCommunicate clearly and thrive with substantial ownership.\n\nUse AI coding agents fluently to multiply your output.\n\nLive in San Francisco and are available to work in person with the team 5 days a week.\n\nExperience with Python, TypeScript, React, applied AI, or data-intensive systems is helpful, but the ability to learn and execute matters more.
