We aggregate business context (decisions, customer research, work pipeline, team knowledge) and make it legible to both people and AI agents through chat, Slack, CLI, and voice.\nWe believe the boundaries between product, design, and engineering are dissolving. The scarce resource is no longer engineering hours; it's taste, judgment, and the conviction to ship. So we hire Product Builders who wear all three hats and own whole things.\nThis is the forward-deployed shape of that role. We have several massive enterprise opportunities in front of us (teams up to the Fortune 500) and each one is as much about people and change management as it is about technology. Your job is to deploy Brief and a new way of building into those companies: wire it into their context, win the skeptics, and drive a measurable step-change in product velocity.\nAbout The Role\nEmbed with enterprise customers. Sit with their technical founders, PMs, and engineering leaders.\n\n- Deploy Brief into messy reality. Wire it into each customer's decisions, research, and work pipeline.\n\n- Lead change management. Move organizations off habits they've had for years, patiently, without breaking trust.\n\n- Evangelize the methodology. Facilitate workshops, win over skeptics, build internal champions.\n\n- Close the loop to product. Turn what you learn in the field into the sharpest product feedback we get.\n\n- Build, hands-on. Prototype, configure, and demonstrate.\n\nAbout You\nProduct management fluency.\n\n- Consulting-grade people skills.\n\n- Change management is your edge.\n\n- Technical credibility.\n\n- Up-to-date and hands-on with AI development.\n\n- Enterprise comfort.\n\n- High ownership.\n\nCompensation\nSalary: $150k-200k\nEquity: 0.5-1.5% (early team member grant)\nBenefits: Unlimited PTO\nVisa Sponsorship: At this time, we cannot sponsor work visas. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US.\nWork Environment\nIn-person, in our San Francisco office (plus travel to client offices).\nBrief is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse team.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2107,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Equity","Unlimited PTO"],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United States","iso":"US","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["AI Training Data & Annotation"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-11T17:27:03Z"},{"event":"close","at":"2026-10-11T22:45:02Z"},{"event":"reopen","at":"2026-10-21T23:17:59Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":25,"band":"fade","label":"Fading","p_open":1,"p_active":0.562,"p_room":0.44,"age_days":106,"expected_fill_days":73,"reasons":["conf:3","win:tail","crowd:"],"computed_at":"2026-10-29T05:49:05Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":200000,"is_top_pay":true},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/luvu-inc-product-builder-forward-deployed","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/luvu-inc-product-builder-forward-deployed.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-29T12:53:58Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":19421,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-30T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":4398972},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=4398972"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fluvu-inc-product-builder-forward-deployed"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fluvu-inc-product-builder-forward-deployed"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fluvu-inc-product-builder-forward-deployed"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/luvu-inc-product-builder-forward-deployed\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fluvu-inc-product-builder-forward-deployed"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":2290229}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"withbasis.co","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":2290229},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
