By ensuring medications, supplies, and sterile preparations are handled accurately and efficiently, this role helps ensure patients receive the right therapy at the right time - safely and compliantly.\nIn this role, you’ll contribute to work that:\nSupports safe, timely delivery of infusion medications\nEnables pharmacists and clinicians to focus on patient care\nMaintains quality, compliance, and consistency in pharmacy operations\nStrengthens a patient-first, clinician-led organization\nWhile patients may never see this work directly, its impact is felt in every successful delivery and every uninterrupted therapy plan.\nWhat You’ll Do\nIn this role, you will:\nPerform pharmacy fulfillment, inventory, and quality tasks under the direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist\nPrepare, label, package, and stage prescriptions including sterile admixtures, unit-dose, and prepackaged medications\nGenerate and process batches for prescription preparation and shipment\nEnter and maintain accurate prescription, inventory, and shipment data in pharmacy systems\nGenerate labels, pick lists, and packages according to dispensing orders\nCoordinate shipment details with intake, billing, pharmacy staff, and field teams to ensure insurance clearance prior to shipment\nCommunicate prescription updates, shipment status, and delivery details to pharmacists and operational partners\nReceive, unpack, verify, and document incoming drug and supply deliveries\nMonitor outbound shipments and ensure delivery documentation is filed accurately and timely\nMaintain clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspaces\nPerform and document quality assurance activities\nRotate inventory appropriately while maintaining required stock levels\nSupport continuous improvement by staying current on infusion therapies, products, regulations, and best practices\nParticipate in training, quality meetings, and continuing education as required\nWhat We’re Looking For\nYou may be a great fit if you bring:\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy\nA customer-service mindset applied to behind-the-scenes patient care\nComfort working in regulated, process-driven environments\nReliability, organization, and pride in doing things the right way\nA desire to work as part of a collaborative pharmacy team\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED\nCurrent, valid Pharmacy Technician license in good standing in the state of employment\nBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office\nCommitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance\nPreferred Qualifications\nTwo (2) or more years of Pharmacy Technician experience\nFamiliarity with home infusion medications\nExperience with CareTend or similar pharmacy software\nYou don’t need to check every box - we care just as much about how you show up as your background.\nWhy LUX Infusion\nAt LUX Infusion, we believe exceptional patient care is powered by thoughtful operations.\nHere, you’ll find:\nPurpose-driven work that directly supports patient outcomes\nA patient-first, clinician-led culture\nClear expectations and strong pharmacy leadership\nA collaborative, safety-focused work environment\nOpportunities to grow your skills within infusion and specialty pharmacy\nCome help ensure every order is prepared with care - and see what’s possible when precision supports compassion.\nPay Range/Rate\n$16—$24 USD\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThe physical demands described here represent those required for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
