Role Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and executing marketing plans and strategies.
- Coordination with third-party suppliers for events and in-store initiatives and permit processing.
- Creatively write client-facing and influencer-facing copies for invites, spiels, emails, etc., with the approval of Marketing Manager/ Asst. Product Manager
- Creation of post-mortem reports - analyze sales data and be able to come up with solutions and next steps.
- Assist the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare and coordinate the packing of PR kits and tracking/shipping of items.
- Consolidate monthly PR clippings with media values- keeping track of the brand’s social media presence and news articles.
- Provide support for special ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Has a passion for all things beauty
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals with excellent written, verbal and organizational skills
- Aware of trends, especially with influencers and what they post on social media
- Can thrive under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Open and willing for a 3-4 months contract
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and eye for detail
- Photo and video editing skills is a plus
