Accounting, Finance, or related field\nMinimum 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounting \nTechnical Skills\nGood understanding of AR process and collection management\nExperience in invoicing, billing, and customer reconciliation\nFamiliar with tax processes related to AR (VAT Out, e-Faktur)\nExperience in preparing journal entries for month-end closing\nAbility to handle customer master data and documentation\nExperience in bank reconciliation and cash application\nFamiliar with SAP or other ERP systems \nKey Competencies\nStrong follow-up and communication skills (for collection)\nDetail-oriented and well-organized\nGood problem-solving skills in handling payment discrepancies\nAble to work with multiple stakeholders (sales team, customers, finance team) \nOthers\nFluent in English (written & spoken)\nAble to meet deadlines and handle routine tasks consistently \nExperience in FMCG / retail / beauty industry is a
