Isn't that beautiful?\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the 12-month rolling demand forecast, incorporating sales trends, promotions, new launches and product discontinuations.\nDrive S&OP meetings with Sales, Marketing and Finance to align demand, supply and business priorities.\nOversee supply and purchase planning to balance product availability, inventory levels and working capital.\nCoordinate with brand principals and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment and resolve supply constraints.\nManage inventory allocation and rebalancing across channels to maintain service levels and minimize excess stock.\nDrive preventive and corrective actions to reduce slow-moving, obsolete (SLOB) and near-expiry inventory.\nMonitor forecast accuracy, service levels and inventory KPIs, identify business risks and implement improvement plans.\nLead and develop the planning team while improving planning processes, data quality and reporting.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree.\nMinimum 10 years of demand and supply planning experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.\nStrong experience in purchase planning, inventory management and SLOB reduction, preferably in beauty, FMCG, retail or distribution.\nPractical SAP experience and advanced Excel skills.\nStrong analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading S&OP discussions.\nGood communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.\nProactive, structured and adaptable, with sound commercial judgment.\nDo you have what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced and intense environment?
