LUXASIA is powered by a diverse and dynamic #OneTeam of 2700 talents across a growing footprint of 15 markets.\nKey Responsibilities\nPurchase Order Processing: Create, change, and track purchase orders and requisitions using SAP MM/S4HANA modules.\nGoods & Service Receipts: Post material goods receipts or accept service entry sheets when shipments or services arrive.\nInvoice Verification: Match vendor invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts to resolve discrepancies.\n Three-Way Matching: Perform a strict 3-way match verifying vendor invoice details against the Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt Note (GRN/MIGO), and service entry sheet\nVendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and billing issues.\nAdditional Responsibilities: Support any other procurement, finance administration, or operational coordination tasks as assigned by the reporting manager or business team\nRequirements\nKey Requirements\n System Experience: Knowledge of database systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
