Isn’t that beautiful?\nRequirements\nThe SAP Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of SAP Business One on HANA hosted in AWS for the LRC office. This includes planning, coordination, execution, and ensuring alignment with business requirements and group standards. The consultant will act as the primary liaison among the SAP vendor, LRC stakeholders, and Luxasia Finance and IT team.\nMain Roles and Responsibilities\n1. Project Management & Coordination\nLead and oversee the full lifecycle of SAP Business One on Hana hosted in AWS platform implementation.\nDevelop and manage the project timeline, milestones, and deliverables.\nCoordinate closely with the appointed SAP vendor for execution and issue resolution.\nEnsure timely communication and alignment between LRC, LUXASIA Finance, and IT team.\nEscalate risks, issues, and delays with recommended mitigation plans.\n1.1 Business Requirements Gathering & Analysis\nWork with LRC stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.\nAnalyze current business processes and recommend improvements aligned with SAP best practices.\nEnsure requirements are clearly translated into functional specifications for the vendor.\n1.2 System Design & Implementation\nValidate system design and configuration proposed by the SAP vendor.\nEnsure SAP Business One on Hana hosted in AWS setup aligns with LUXASIA group standards, policies, and controls.\nOversee modules implementation (e.g., Finance and Banking, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, Fixed Assets, etc).\nMonitor data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.\n1.3 Testing & Quality Assurance\nDevelop and manage test plans, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) involving the LRC Team and LUXASIA Finance.\nCoordinate testing activities between business users and vendor.\nEnsure all identified issues are tracked, resolved, and retested before go-live.\nEnsure proper documentation (user manuals, SOPs) is delivered.\n1.4 Go-Live & Post-Implementation Support\nOversee go-live planning and execution.\nEnsure readiness of all stakeholders prior to system launch.\nProvide post-go-live support and stabilization coordination with the vendor.\nMonitor system performance and resolve any post-implementation issues.\n2. Liaison Role\nAct as the single point of contact between:\nSAP Implementation Vendor\nLRC Business Users\nLUXASIA Finance Team\nLUXASIA IT Team\nEnsure all parties are aligned on deliverables, timelines, and expectations.\nFacilitate regular status meetings and provide progress updates.\n3.
