The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining the airworthiness, safety, and operational reliability of the Luxaviation fleet through data analysis, maintenance programme management, and regulatory compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor aircraft reliability and analyse fleet performance data to identify trends and recurring defects.\nSupport the continuous improvement of maintenance programmes through reliability-driven analysis and recommendations.\nAssess the effectiveness of Aircraft Maintenance Programmes (AMPs) and ensure continued airworthiness of the fleet.\nReview OEM maintenance documentation and implement revisions into operator maintenance programmes.\nEnsure accurate implementation of maintenance programme requirements in the CAMP maintenance tracking system.\nInvestigate recurrent defects and propose corrective actions to improve aircraft, component, and dispatch reliability.\nSupport compliance with applicable aviation regulations, company procedures, and safety standards.\nQualifications, Experience , Competencies & Knowledge :\nMinimum 1 year of experience in a CAMO environment\nAeronautical Degree or equivalent qualification\nKnowledge of:CAMO documentation and structure (CAME, AMP)\nEASA Part-CAMO requirements\nSafety Management Systems (SMS), Human Factors (HF), Fuel Tank Safety (FTS), and EWIS\nReliability Programmes and AMP effectiveness monitoring\nAirworthiness Directives (ADs) and non-mandatory modification assessments\nAt least one General Familiarisation (Gen Fam) course on an aircraft type or equivalent training\n\nExcellent written and spoken English\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills\nHigh attention to details and quality standards\nStrong communication and collaboration
