practices and CI/CD pipelines for scalable AI deployments.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, compliance, and business stakeholders, to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.\n\nContribute to the development and enforcement of AI governance, compliance, and ethical frameworks, including security guardrails.\n\nDeliver AI-driven solutions tailored to the banking domain, with applications in fraud detection, customer personalization, and conversational AI.\n\nMust have\n\nTotal 8-10 years of experience. 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.\n\nProven ability to deliver Gen AI solutions in enterprise production environments.\n\nStrong programming skills in Python and experience with full-stack development.\n\nHands-on expertise with the following AI and cloud technologies: AWS Cloud \n\nEKS / ECS\n\nBedrock\n\nSemantic Kernel\n\nLangChain\n\nLangGraph\n\nHuggingFace\n\nSageMaker\n\nDeep understanding of foundational AI models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.\n\nExperience deploying AI solutions using enterprise-grade DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nFamiliarity with AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks.\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.\n\nBackground in delivering solutions within the banking sector.\n\nExposure to fraud detection, customer personalization, or conversational AI applications.\n\nExperience working in highly regulated industries with strict compliance
