thought leadership and excellent problem solving ability, with an aptitude for technical innovation.\n\nWymagania\nMUST Mandatory Skills Description:\n\n8+ years of professional software development experience.\n\nStrong backend development experience with Python with a track record of clean, maintainable, testable production code.\n\nProduction API design & delivery (FastAPI preferred), including versioning, documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger), and observability.\n\nCloud experience (AWS preferred) beyond core compute/storage/DB—e.g., eventing, queues, serverless, logging/monitoring, secrets.\n\nGit workflows and CI/CD pipelines\n\nDebugging & problem-solving skills with strong ownership across the SDLC.\n\nGenerative AI & ML Requirements\n\nExperience building agents\n\nVector databases and RAG patterns (indexing, chunking, embeddings, retrieval).\n\nLLM integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open source models) with prompt design, safety/guardrails, and cost/perf tuning.\n\nNICE TO HAVE \nHighly desirable: experience with AgentCore, AWS Neptune, Amazon API gateway\n\nFamiliarity with ML fundamentals relevant to content generation (embeddings, tokenization, evaluation, fine tuning/LoRA, prompt+retrieval evaluation).\n\nFrontend development with React (TypeScript preferred) to build the application's UI (state management, routing, API integration,
