The person will be responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining automated test cases using CATT (Calypso Automated Testing Tool) for Back Office modules within an existing Calypso production instance.\n\nCreate, maintain, and execute automated test cases in CATT for Calypso Back Office modules (settlements, confirmations, accounting, SWIFT messaging)\n\nExecute regression test suites during Calypso upgrades, patches, and change deployments\n\nAnalyze test results, identify failures, and report defects with clear reproduction steps\n\nWork closely with Calypso BO Analysts to understand functional requirements and translate them into test scenarios\n\nMaintain and organize the CATT test library — ensure test cases are up to date and aligned with current BO configuration\n\nParticipate in SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles\n\nDocument test plans, test cases, test execution reports, and defect summaries\n\nSupport data preparation for test execution (trade creation, reference data setup, SDI configuration in test environments)\n\nAssist in reviewing CATT test results using available tools and reporting mechanisms\n\nEscalate complex test failures to senior team members and track resolution\nWymagania\nMUST Basic understanding of capital markets products (bonds, FX, interest rate swaps) and trade lifecycle concepts\n\nBasic understanding of Back Office processes: settlements, confirmations, accounting entries, SWIFT messaging\n\nFamiliarity with software testing concepts: test cases, test plans, regression testing, defect lifecycle\n\nAbility to write and read basic SQL queries for test data verification\n\nAttention to detail and ability to follow structured test procedures\n\nGood communication skills in English (written and spoken)\n\nWillingness to learn Calypso platform and CATT tool on the job\n\nUniversity degree in Finance, IT, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)\n\nAny prior exposure to Calypso platform (even academic or training)\n\nExperience with CATT or any other automated testing tool (Selenium, UFT, or similar)\n\nNICE TO HAVE Basic knowledge of SWIFT message types (MT103, MT202, MT300, MT540-MT548)\n\nUnderstanding of Calypso BO workflow concepts (task stations, trade statuses, lifecycle events)\n\nExperience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, HP ALM, or similar)\n\nBasic scripting skills (Python, Shell) for test data preparation\n\nKnowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology\n\nISTQB Foundation Level certification or willingness to obtain
