architecture and modernization roadmaps.\n* Experience with legacy system transformation and migration initiatives.\n* Experience within the MarTech/customer domain, including areas such as loyalty/membership, CRM, CDP, consent management, customer engagement, and marketing activation platforms.\n* Hands-on Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL background.\n* Strong understanding of CI/CD and Trunk-Based Development.\n* Experience with RFCs and ADRs.\n* Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n* Knowledge of AWS, Kafka, and Terraform.\n* Experience designing API-led and event-driven integrations.\n* Familiarity with MuleSoft or other iPaaS solutions.\n* Previous involvement in technology modernization, vendor evaluation, or platform-selection initiatives.\n* Strong stakeholder communication and architectural leadership skills.\n* Fluent English.\n\nNice to have\n* Background in retail, e-commerce, customer engagement, or digital marketing domains.\n* Experience working with large-scale customer data and engagement
