practices.\n\nWymagania\nMUST \n6+ years in Solution/Software Architecture for distributed systems.\n\nStrong expertise in Event-Driven Architecture.\n\nProven experience defining target-state architecture and modernization roadmaps.\n\nExperience with legacy system transformation and migration initiatives.\n\nExperience within the MarTech/customer domain, including areas such as loyalty/membership, CRM, CDP, consent management, customer engagement, and marketing activation platforms.\n\nHands-on Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL background.\n\nStrong understanding of CI/CD and Trunk-Based Development.\n\nExperience with RFCs and ADRs.\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\nKnowledge of AWS, Kafka, and Terraform.\n\nExperience designing API-led and event-driven integrations.\n\nFamiliarity with MuleSoft or other iPaaS solutions.\n\nPrevious involvement in technology modernization, vendor evaluation, or platform-selection initiatives.\n\nStrong stakeholder communication and architectural leadership skills.\n\nFluent English.\n\nNICE TO HAVE \nBackground in retail, e-commerce, customer engagement, or digital marketing domains.\n\nExperience working with large-scale customer data and engagement
