The person will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing Murex DataMart extractions and integration flows between Murex Mx.3 and downstream/upstream systems. The role covers data extraction design, ETL processes, interface development, and ongoing support of the integration layer in a live banking environment.\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain Murex DataMart extractions (reports, feeds, and data exports) for Back Office, Risk, Finance, and Regulatory reporting needs\n\nBuild and support integration interfaces between Murex Mx.3 and external systems (e.g., general ledger, settlement platforms, risk engines, regulatory reporting tools, reconciliation systems)\n\nDevelop and maintain data feeds using Murex DataMart, MxML/Datamart API, and file-based interfaces (XML, CSV, fixed-format)\n\nConfigure and optimize Murex extraction workflows, including scheduling, dependencies, and error handling\n\nInvestigate and resolve production issues related to data extractions, interface failures, and data quality problems\n\nWork with Business Analysts and BO/Risk teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical extraction specifications\n\nSupport Murex upgrades and patch deployments — assess impact on existing DataMart extractions and integration flows, perform regression testing\n\nOptimize extraction performance (query tuning, batch scheduling, parallel processing)\n\nDevelop and maintain integration components using messaging middleware (MQ, Kafka) or API-based connectivity where applicable\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation: interface specifications, data mapping documents, extraction logic, and runbooks\n\nParticipate in data reconciliation activities to ensure consistency between Murex and downstream systems\n\nProvide L2/L3 production support for DataMart and integration issues\nWymagania\nMUST Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Murex Mx.3 platform, specifically DataMart module\n\nStrong experience in designing and building Murex DataMart extractions (reports, feeds, regulatory and financial data exports)\n\nGood knowledge of Murex data model — trades, positions, market data, reference data, accounting events, cash flows\n\nExperience with Murex integration methods: MxML, file-based interfaces (XML, CSV), DataMart API, and real-time/batch data flows\n\nStrong SQL skills — ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and troubleshoot data issues\n\nExperience with at least one scripting/programming language: Python, Shell, Perl, or Java for automation and data transformation\n\nUnderstanding of capital markets products: Fixed Income, FX, Interest Rate Derivatives, Equity Derivatives, and/or Credit Derivatives\n\nKnowledge of Back Office and Risk data flows — settlements, confirmations, P&L, accounting entries, risk measures (VaR, sensitivities)\n\nExperience working in a production support environment with SLA-driven incident management\n\nGood communication skills in English (written and spoken)\n\nNICE TO HAVE Spanish \n\nKnowledge of ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS) used alongside Murex DataMart\n\nExperience with messaging middleware (IBM MQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ) for real-time integration\n\nFamiliarity with regulatory reporting requirements (EMIR, MiFID II, FRTB) and how they drive DataMart extraction
