We provide end-to-end project services and have delivered over 200 successful Murex projects across all major asset classes and sectors including investment banking, asset management, corporate treasury, and insurance.\nThis is a contractor position.\nWhether you possess a background in finance, technology, or Mathematics, your experience in the capital markets industry would be of high interest to us.\nResponsibilities\nTesting responsibilities would include, but not limited to:- contribution to creation of a Test Design Document (TDD) and own testing outcomes at the project level\n- Interaction with all up and downstream parties involved in testing\n- Knowledge in technical environments such as SQL, XML, Unix, Windows\n- Knowledge in CI tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps and others\n- Strong understanding of version control systems such as GIT.\n- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.\n- Knowledge in capital market is a plus.\n- Experience in the Software Engineering Industry, Software Quality & Testing, Test Management is a plus.\n- ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.\n- Communication and presentation skills\n- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\n- Teamwork and cross group collaboration\n- Drive for excellence\n- Eagerness to learn and develop on a broad scope (functional, product, finance, testing and technical)\n- Ability to work under pressure in a continuously evolving & challenging environment.\n- Build and manage personal Test schedule\n- Manage and resolve testing conflicts\n- Work closely with the analysis team to ensure clear testable acceptance criteria are part of the defined requirements\n- Ensure that we have full traceability of test cases back to requirements\n- Ensure that we understand test coverage at each stage\n- Plan the project test strategy, within the guidelines + constraints of the program test strategy\n- Define the project test environment requirements, and work with the Environments\n- Configuration Management team to ensure that those environments are delivered\n- Define the project test data strategy, and prepare common test data (working with the program test data lead)\n- Ensure that regression and automation tests are delivered along with (or asap after) the code release, and incorporated into future test phases including regression testing\n- Participate in Quality Assurance reviews as required\n- Interface with governance via the Delivery Management Meeting and Functional Management meeting\n- Work with Program Management to plan and flex tester capacity and skills to meet project needs\n- Work with program management to ensure the program can supply the necessary capacity and capability to staff and execute the various test cycles\n\nSKILLS\nMust have\n MXtest knowledge & experience\n MX.3 knowledge & experience\n University degree in Computer science, computer engineering, mechatronics or equivalent\n 0-3 years of experience\n Knowledge in technical environments such as SQL, XML, Unix, Windows\n Knowledge in CI tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps and others.\n Strong understanding of version control systems such as GIT.\n Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.\n Knowledge in capital market is a plus.\n Experience in the Software Engineering Industry, Software Quality & Testing, Test Management is a plus.\n ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.\n Communication and presentation skills\n Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\n Teamwork and cross group collaboration\n Drive for excellence\n Eagerness to learn and develop on a broad scope (functional, product, finance, testing and technical)\n Ability to work under pressure in a continuously evolving & challenging environment.\nNice to have\n- BS or higher degree in Finance, Mathematics or equivalent\n- Murex Test management\n- Implementations and upgrades: MXpress;
