This individual will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, prioritizing delivery backlogs, and driving collaboration across business and technology teams.\nThe ideal candidate has strong experience managing stakeholders, defining strategic data initiatives, and understanding the impact of client and regulatory data changes across downstream systems and applications. This role requires a combination of product ownership, data domain expertise, and Agile delivery experience.\nThis role is for subcontractors.\nResponsibilities\nProduct Strategy & Roadmap:- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Client Data and Regulatory Data initiatives.\n- Ensure alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology delivery plans.\n- Drive prioritization decisions based on business value, risk, dependencies, and stakeholder needs.\nBacklog Ownership & Delivery:\n- Own and prioritize the product backlog.\n- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.\n- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile delivery activities.\n- Make informed decisions regarding scope, priorities, and release planning.\nStakeholder Management:\n- Build strong relationships with business, operations, compliance, data, and technology stakeholders.\n- Lead discussions related to data requirements, business priorities, dependencies, and delivery trade-offs.\n- Communicate roadmap progress, risks, issues, and decisions effectively to all levels of stakeholders.\nCross-Functional Collaboration:\n- Partner with Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers to ensure successful execution.\n- Facilitate alignment across multiple teams working on interconnected systems and data initiatives.\n- Coordinate activities where client and regulatory data changes impact downstream applications or processes.\nQuality & Acceptance:\n- Review and validate delivered solutions against business requirements and acceptance criteria.\n- Ensure solutions meet expected quality standards and business outcomes.\n- Support user acceptance activities and continuous improvement efforts.\nValue Realization:\n- Monitor product performance, adoption, and business outcomes.\n- Define and track relevant KPIs and success complex stakeholder groups across business and technology functions.\n- Experience creating and managing product roadmaps.\n- Strong understanding of how data changes impact upstream and downstream systems.\n- Demonstrated experience delivering initiatives using Agile and Scrum methodologies.\n- Experience defining requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization.\n\nNice to have\nExperience delivering enterprise data transformation initiatives.\nExperience supporting regulatory change programs.\nKnowledge of data lineage, data controls, and data governance frameworks.\nExperience working within large, complex organizations with multiple dependent applications and stakeholder
