development experience in Java.Strong understanding of Java Core concepts, multithreading, and software design patterns.\nSolid experience working with Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.\nProficiency with build automation tools such as Maven or Gradle.\nExperience using JIRA, Git (Stash/Bitbucket), and Confluence for project management and collaboration.\nPractical experience with relational databases, specifically Oracle DB, and basic-to-intermediate SQL knowledge.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and a strong desire to learn.\n\nNice to have\nHands-on experience with BPM engines (Camunda or Fluxnova preferred).\nCloud Platforms: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nStrong SQL optimization skills and experience with advanced database concepts.\nContainers: Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, or Helm for container orchestration.\nTechnical leadership skills or experience mentoring junior
