reliable at scale.\nWymagania\nMUST \nHands-on experience building agents in production with agent SDKs (e.g. Claude Agent SDK, Codex SDK): tool use, context and memory, prompting\n\nExperience building and running MCP servers and tools\n\nDeep hands-on Kubernetes (EKS preferred): cluster design, networking (CNI, service mesh), RBAC and security policies\n\nStrong AWS: VPC architecture, IAM, EKS/ECS, networking and security\n\ngroups Infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation or Pulumi), GitOps and CI/CD (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)\n\nContainer architectures for multi-tenant, security-sensitive workloads\n\nEvent-driven systems: queues and pub/sub (e.g. SQS, Kafka), webhooks,\n\nasync workers, retries and idempotency\n\nProduction observability and incident response (Datadog or similar)\n\nStrong python\n\nNICE TO HAVE \nAgent-to-agent (A2A) protocols and multi-agent orchestration\n\nJavaScript/TypeScript and Go\n\nUI / front-end experience (a plus for one of the three roles: agent\n\nmanagement console)\n\nAuth: OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, identity federation and SSO, delegated (on-behalf of) tokens\n\nAgent evaluation: test sets, graders, regression
