the architecture and technical evolution of the automation framework, defining its overall structure, core components, interfaces, and long-term development strategy.\n\nDesign and implement scalable, modular, and reusable Python-based framework components, libraries, services, and infrastructure abstractions.\n\nDefine architectural principles, design patterns, coding standards, and engineering guidelines to ensure consistency, maintainability, and extensibility across the framework.\n\nArchitect framework capabilities for embedded devices, video collaboration products, and integrated conference room systems, covering device control, configuration, connectivity, and system-level interactions.\n\nDesign reusable abstractions and integration mechanisms for hardware interfaces and connectivity technologies, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB, USB Video Class (UVC), Ultra-Wideband (UWB), and Passive Infrared (PIR) sensors.\n\nArchitect execution orchestration, scheduling, parallelization, resource management, and integration mechanisms supporting automated workflows across multiple hardware and software configurations.\n\nDesign and evolve framework infrastructure for integration with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, development workflows, and software delivery processes.\n\nEstablish robust architectural approaches to logging, diagnostics, reporting, experience, including substantial hands-on experience in software framework development or engineering infrastructure.\n\nProven experience architecting, designing, and developing Python-based automation frameworks, libraries, or reusable software platforms beyond the implementation of individual test scripts.\n\nDemonstrated architectural ownership of automation frameworks, including defining component boundaries, interfaces, design patterns, extensibility, and long-term technical direction.\n\nProfessional experience with video collaboration products and systems, including conference room devices, room systems, or related integrated audio/video solutions.\n\nProfessional experience with embedded systems and hardware-software integration, including interaction with device interfaces, system components, and platform-level functionality.\n\nStrong Python programming skills, including object-oriented design, modular architecture, reusable abstractions, dependency management, exception handling, and debugging.\n\nStrong understanding of software architecture principles, separation of concerns, abstraction, extensibility, maintainability, and architectural trade-offs.\n\nPractical experience designing automation and integration solutions for complex systems involving hardware, firmware, operating systems, applications, and connectivity interfaces.\n\nWorking knowledge and practical integration or troubleshooting experience with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity technologies.\n\nExperience with USB interfaces and USB Video Class (UVC), including device enumeration, connectivity, video device integration, or related interoperability scenarios.\n\nExperience with Ultra-Wideband (UWB) and/or Passive Infrared (PIR) sensors, including device integration, sensor behavior, event handling, or system-level validation in embedded or room-based products.\n\nExperience designing framework-level mechanisms for device control, configuration management, execution orchestration, diagnostics, logging, and reporting.\n\nExperience integrating engineering frameworks with CI/CD pipelines and established software development workflows.\n\nHands-on experience with Git and collaborative software engineering practices, including branching, code reviews, and change management.\n\nProven ability to analyze complex architectural and integration problems, define technical solutions, and implement maintainable framework-level improvements.\n\nAbility to communicate architectural decisions effectively and collaborate with cross-functional software, embedded, hardware, and system engineering teams.\n\nNICE TO HAVE \nPrevious experience with the architecture of enterprise-grade video collaboration
