You will work across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to implementation, validation, and business readiness.\nThe role combines traditional business analysis, process design, workflow automation, and emerging agentic AI solutions, including HR-focused use cases. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineers, architects, and governance teams to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value while meeting enterprise standards for security, control, and compliance.\nResponsibilities\nKey ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management\n\nElicit, analyse, document, and validate business requirements.\nTranslate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nCreate clear and comprehensive documentation, including process flows, BPMN diagrams, use cases, presentations, specifications, and workflow designs.\nEnsure requirements are understood by both business and technical stakeholders.Process Design & Improvement\n\nAnalyse current-state processes and design future-state business workflows.\nIdentify process optimization opportunities through automation and AI-enabled capabilities.\nConduct impact assessments for proposed changes across processes, systems, and organizational structures.\nSupport business units in defining efficient and scalable operating models.Workflow & Agentic Solutions\n\nSupport the design and implementation of workflow-based and agent-driven solutions.\nDefine user interactions, workflow exceptions, decision points, and agent behaviours.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.\nContribute to AI-enabled initiatives, including information retrieval, document processing, and workflow automation use cases.\nSupport HR process transformation initiatives where applicable.Validation & Quality Assurance\n\nDefine acceptance scenarios and business success criteria.\nValidate solutions against requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nAssess risks, dependencies, assumptions, and implementation impacts.\nSupport testing, user acceptance activities, and deployment readiness.Stakeholder Management & Leadership\n\nFacilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements discussions.\nBuild strong partnerships with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, architects, and governance teams.\nProvide guidance on business analysis methodologies, process modelling approaches, and delivery practices.\nLead selected initiatives from discovery through implementation and business adoption.\nSupport collaboration across international and virtual teams.\nSKILLS\nMust have\nEssential\nSeveral years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology, workflow automation, digital transformation, or enterprise change initiatives.\nStrong experience gathering requirements and converting business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nExperience with process modelling techniques such as BPMN, process mapping, and workflow design.\nProven stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.\nExperience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience working in complex, cross-functional environments.\nExcellent written and spoken English.Preferred\n\nExperience with workflow platforms and process automation solutions.\nKnowledge of AI agents, Generative AI, and agentic business processes.\nExperience with HR processes and HR technology transformation initiatives.\nExperience in banking, consulting, or large enterprise environments.\nExperience working with geographically distributed teams.\nGerman language skills are an advantage.\nAcademic degree
