On top of attractive salary and benefits package, Luxoft will invest into your professional training, and allow you to grow your professional career.\nThe C++ developer will develop and maintain application code, in response to business requirements and problem tickets as a part of the development team.\nComponents will be defined and implemented in close collaboration with the business and the IT team. The role covers both change-the-bank development and run-the-bank activities, including development, integration, batch processing, technical modernization and production investigation/support. The developer is expected to understand changes end-to-end, from upstream data ingestion and database processing through APS calculations, interfaces and downstream consumers.\nResponsibilities\n Designs, develops, manages and documents C/C++ based software components for the APS backend and Frontend in accordance with requirements, functional and technical design documents.\n Completes and elaborates technical software design (high level design) in accordance with solution(s) standards set by Treasury IT architect, Lead Technical specialist and documents of the same.\n Participates in design/code reviews and resolve findings in reviews (4 eyes principle) of developed source codeIdentifies dependencies between software product components, between technical components (such as database tables and master data files), and between applications and interfaces.\n\n Assesses and identifies mitigation of risks including those related to high-level design, integration, and quality of data.\n Identifies product integration verifications to be performed based on the integration sequence and relevant dependencies.\n Contributes to Level 2 support including problem and root cause analysis\n Ensures architectural changes (as defined by group architects) are implemented\n Fixes software defects/bugs\n Measures and analyzes code for quality\n Provides development estimates\n Contributes to security, compliance and vulnerability remediation affecting APS application components and their dependencies.\nContributes to CI/CD pipelines, build automation, deployment automation and troubleshooting of failed builds/deployments.\n Ensures that all code changes are tracked and recorded through the groups change management process and that development is scheduled and approved\n Provides release deployments on non-production management-controlled environments\n Captures build and deployment notes, develops software product deployment & operating instructions\n Collaborates with functional analysts and technical specialists to complete work, as required\n Designs and implements test cases in collaboration with QA lead including expected results and handle negative test case scenarios - utilize and/or develop automation for test cases.\n Ensures adequate and accurate documentation at various stages of work in accordance with SDLC documentation requirements.\nSKILLS\nMust have\n 5+ years of application C/C++ developer experience\n Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in implementing OOPS concepts.\n Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in large C/C++ codebases.\n Experience with application integrations and APIs, including REST/HTTP-based services; knowledge of Kerberos authentication is an advantage.\n Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux environments, preferably RHEL, including shell scripting, process management, filesystem, permissions, logs, networking and standard troubleshooting utilities.
