knowledge sharing with the team.\nWymagania\nMUST \n8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles. \n\nHands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including deployment and monitoring. \n\nStrong background in DevOps practices: CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code. \n\nHands-on experience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana): setup, maintenance, and monitoring. \n\nExperience operating Apache Kafka: cluster setup, topic management, and monitoring. \n\nExperience deploying and operating Apache Flink streaming jobs. \n\nExperience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL: administration, backup/restore, and performance tuning. \n\nExperience with Unix/Linux systems and Shell/Bash scripting. \n\nKnowledge of Python for automation and tooling. \n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug across distributed systems. \n\nProficiency with Git and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.).\n\nNICE TO HAVE \nExposure to infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Bicep).\n\nExperience setting up monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure
