data layers.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities:Application Modernization\n\n Upgrade and modernize existing .NET, WPF, and DevExpress applications.\n Refactor legacy components, reduce technical debt, and improve maintainability.\n Improve the application user experience while preserving critical front-office workflows.\n Contribute to target architecture decisions and phased modernization plans.Performance Engineering\n\n Investigate and resolve application freezing, slow response times, memory leaks, and crashes.\n Profile and optimize desktop, server-side, database, and integration components.\n Improve data loading, caching, processing, and resource-management patterns.\n Implement appropriate diagnostics, logging, health monitoring, and performance measures.Architecture Simplification\n\n Reduce reliance on legacy SOA, middleware, and tightly coupled dependencies.\n Design simpler service-oriented and API-first components.\n Support migration toward modular,
