practice\n· Improving reliability, observability, and performance in a mission critical system\n\nSKILLS\nMust have\n Strong experience with C# and .NET\n Experience designing and building microservices and event driven systems\n Solid SQL skills and experience with SQL Server\n Experience with Entity Framework or similar ORMs\n Comfortable owning APIs, service design, and data modelsFrontend\n\n Strong experience with React\n Experience using modern component libraries such as MUI, Mantine, or shadcn\n Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or
