standards.\nWymagania\nMUST Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js, including Hooks, SSR / ISR and API Routes.\n\nSolid backend experience in Python using frameworks such as FastAPI.\n\nHands-on experience building MCP servers with FastMCP.\n\nPractical experience building or integrating AI agents and LLM-based features into applications.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Azure for deploying and running applications.\n\nExperience with REST / GraphQL API design and integration.\n\nFamiliarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.\n\nUnderstanding of HTML, CSS, TypeScript and modern build tools (e.g., Vite, Webpack, Turbopack).\n\nWorking knowledge of Git.\n\nExposure to microservices architecture.\n\nExperience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Pytest and Cypress.\n\nExperience with Generative AI, including AI models, prompt engineering and AI-assisted development tools.\n\nUpper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English, with the ability to communicate directly with US-based stakeholders.\n\nNICE TO HAVE Experience building GenAI applications in insurance or financial services.\n\nExperience with OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude or Azure OpenAI APIs.\n\nFamiliarity with RAG, vector search and LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).\n\nExperience with frontend AI tooling such as the Vercel AI SDK.\n\nExperience with Docker, GitHub Actions and
