business-aligned deliveries\n\nSupport and improve existing applications in a fast-paced, enterprise investment-banking environment\n\nWymagania\nMUST \nMinimum 8 years of professional experience as a Java developer, with a proven track record on long-term projects\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate\n\nStrong SQL skills, including query and performance tuning\n\nHands-on experience with Oracle (preferred) or PostgreSQL\n\nExperience in automated testing of Java applications\n\nClean coding skills\n\nExcellent problem-solving abilities\n\nExperience in RESTful API design\n\nFamiliarity with agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)\n\nGood communication skills and the ability to clearly state requirements to other teams\n\nNICE TO HAVE \nAgile development methodologies\n\nInvestment banking domain knowledge as a big
