area.Identify the full range of business requirements and translate requirements into specific functional and technical specifications for solution development and implementation.\nAnalyze business requirements and the associated impacts of the changes.\nDesign and assist in developing optimal target state business processes.\nCreate and execute against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation.\nAnswer questions of methodological approach with varying levels of complexity.\nAlign with other key stakeholder groups (such as Project Management & Software Engineering) to support the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing, and maintaining solutions.\n\nSKILLS\nMust have\nBroad experience in requirements engineering for large-scale IT solutions, as part of scrum teams (working directly with the engineers).Strong experience in detailing and creation of User Stories, both front end and back end, as well as concepts and specifications for agile delivery teams.\nKnowledge of Retail Banking IT (e.g. Frontends & Channels).\nExperience in API design (swagger definition), data mapping and backend specifications\nExperience with API testing tools like Postman, Bruno .\nStrong background in systems integrations based on data-driven APIs.\nStrong background in working with data models and understanding of programming language used to manage and manipulate relational databases: SQL, PL SQL, PostgreSQL.\nExperience working with diagrams like Use Case Diagrams, BPMN diagrams, Flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams, State Diagrams.\nHands on in creating test scenarios for Test-Driven Development.\n\nNice to have\nCoding experience\nGoogle Cloud knowledge\nGerman language
