training, and allow you to grow your professional career.\nResponsibilities\nFacilitate agile ceremonies, through a clear understanding of the aim of each ceremony, taking corrective measures as required to ensure they are effective.Help the agile team to continuously improve the effectiveness of their incremental delivery by monitoring agile team metrics including velocity, Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)\nIdentify inefficiencies in agile team operation and remove impediments to the agile team's progress.\nAdvise, facilitate, mentor and coach agile team members and stakeholders.\nUnderstand the context of teams supported including strategic targets, delivery targets, structure, agile framework(s), constraints, team-dynamics, mindsets, human nature and technical considerations.\nCollaborate with the Product Owner and agile team to ensure a healthy prioritized product backlog.\nCollaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to continuously improve the agile process.\n\nSKILLS\nMust have\nProven experience as a Scrum Master supporting software engineering teams.Background in software development engineering.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile development practices.\nPractical experience working with engineering teams in Agile or scaled Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).\nFamiliarity with software development practices, testing, code reviews.\nAbility to understand technical discussions and effectively bridge communication between engineering teams and business stakeholders.\nExperience facilitating collaboration between development, QA, DevOps, and product teams.\nStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to identify delivery bottlenecks and drive improvements.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to track and improve Agile metrics.\nExperience working in a global, multicultural environment.\n\nNice to have\nGerman language speakers preferred, but not mandatory.\nExperience in financial sector.\nCertifications in any of the following is a plus: PSM, SAFe, PMI,
