Manual Testing & Component Validation\n\nExecute manual, component-level test cases.\n\nValidate individual software components and subsystems before system-level integration.\n\nPerform:\n\n*Regression testing\n\n*Exploratory testing\n\n*Ad hoc testing\n\nFunctional testing (strong focus on component behavior)\n\nValidate hardware-software interactions under real-world conditions.\n\nVerify fixes and perform bug re-testing.\n\nB. Test Design & Documentation\n\nAnalyze Requirements and technical specifications to define component-level test coverage.\n\nDesign, maintain, and execute test scenarios and test cases.\n\nCreate and maintain test documentation, test scenarios, and knowledge base pages in Confluence.\n\nEnsure test coverage aligns with product risks, component maturity, and sprint goals.\n\nC. Defect Tracking & Collaboration\n\nIdentify, report, track, and verify component-level defects using JIRA.\n\nProvide clear reproduction steps, logs, and evidence related to specific components.\n\nCollaborate closely with developers, automation engineers, and product owners during development cycles.\n\nD. Technical & Environment Responsibilities\n\nWork daily with Linux/macOS terminal tools (SSH, ADB, logs, system commands).\n\nPerform basic network-related activities (connectivity, configuration, troubleshooting).\n\nOperate in Linux or macOS environments.\n\nInteract directly with physical devices, cameras, and component-level test setups in the lab and local setup.\n\nE. Automation Collaboration (Optional)\n\nCooperate with the automation team by contributing component-focused test ideas and scenarios to Python-based automated test repositories.\n\nIdentify component test cases suitable for automation based on manual testing results.\n\nWymagania\nMUST A.Required:\n\nExperience: 3–5 years in manual software testing, preferably at component or subsystem level.\n\nEmbedded Systems: Hands-on experience testing embedded systems or hardware-related products.\n\nLinux/macOS: Strong working knowledge including terminal usage and SSH. \n\nFamiliarity with embedded Linux/macOS debugging tools\n\nTools: Experience with JIRA for defect tracking and test execution.\n\nNetworking: Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, connectivity, basic diagnostics).\n7.Documentation: Ability to create clear, structured test documentation.\n\nLanguage: Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written).\n\nWork Model: Willingness to work in a hybrid model with on-site presence in Kraków.\n\nB Soft Skills\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a component-quality mindset.\n\nAttention to detail and ownership of assigned components.\n\nGood communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.\n\nProactive attitude and willingness to improve testing practices.\n\nNICE TO HAVE \nBasic experience or interest in Python-based test automation..\n\nExperience testing camera, video, or multimedia components.\n\nUnderstanding of CI/CD concepts from a QA
