operations.\nResponsibilities\n Design and own end-to-end Syndigo MDM development covering Product, Location, and Supplier domains.\n Help define multi-domain data models, golden records, and develop governance workflows\n Manage User Access Master Data including roles, permissions, and RBAC/ABAC models\n Integrate Syndigo with ERP (SAP), IAM platforms, and other digital channels\n Enforce Segregation of Duties and audit-ready access controls\n Ensure data quality, security, compliance, and audit readiness\n Manage CI/CD pipelines for change deployments\nSKILLS\nMust have\n* 5+ years of experience in MDM, data development, or enterprise systems* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Syndigo platforms (Syndigo MDM SAAS)\n* Experience in Product, Location and Supplier Master Data domains\n* Solid understanding of data flows, interfaces, mappings, and production support considerations\n* Experience with data governance and master data management\n* CI/CD (Bitbucket, Jenkins)\n* Python\n* SQL\n* Clear communication\n* Ownership\n* Collaboration\n* Problem-solving\n* English B2 or higher\n\nNice to have\n* Prior experience in the fashion retail industry\n* AWS (DynamoDB,
